Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. AYRA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if required.
Payments
Payments must be completed through the available payment methods on the website (including Mintpay and Card payments). Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Refund & Return Policy
Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Exchanges: Other items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are in original, unworn condition with packaging.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours with a photo of the product.
